If you try it, all your booze will splatter onto the floor. Booze will simply not work at all, it needs a barrel or a pot. This is because a QS cannot allow bins or barrels in its stockpiles, and food will attract flies and vermin without being in containers. QS's are POOR choices for food and drink. I use them in my shops area a lot but I purposefully avoid using them for other situations, which I'll expand on briefly: I personally feel it's no better or worse than using any other engineering mechanic that exists in-game, but everyone should be aware regardless: QS's will effectively stack unlimited items into one tile, eliminating the need for large(r) storage space in most cases.
